If you would like to special request an earlier check-in time please coordinate this ASAP and we will let you know if it will work with the housekeeping/maintenance schedule. Keep in mind we charge $35/hour for early check-in if it works out and $50/hour if you're asking within 12 hours of checkin.

Upstairs unit. Your private staircase is just off the sidewalk of Mission Blvd. 

If you brought a vehicle there is free parking out front on Mission Blvd. 

There's also free parking on San Juan Pl one house over to the south. . 

On busy days you can park on nearby Santa Clara Point (the traffic light to the north) that has a large free public parking area which is a 5 minute walking distance. 

** PLEASE NOTE: You will receive your door code as an automated message AT CHECK-IN TIME. Please have your phone with you and make sure its charged so that you can receive the message. You will need to have the booking app that you made your reservation on (Airbnb, Vrbo, Etc.) installed on your phone with notifications turned on.

Once you enter the unit please send us a message on the phone app letting us know that you got checked in and to let us know if the place meets your expectations. 

Check-out time is anytime before 10:00 AM

If you need to request a later checkout time please let us know ASAP so we can coordinate with the housekeeper. If it works out with their schedule, we charge $35/hour fee for late checkout to expedite the cleaning. For unscheduled late check outs (within 12 hours) you will be charged a fee of $50/hour so please let us know if you need more time and we will do our best to arrange it for you!

Please clean your dishes before you leave. You can leave them in the dish rack, we'll put them away. 

We hope you enjoyed a full kitchen vs no kitchen at a hotel. 

Please turn off any electricity. Fans, TV, lights, ac, heater. 

Please remove all trash on your way out and place into the appropriate can. 

They are located behind the building in the alley to the right side of the 3 garage doors.
