Husband & Wife Team
Janet & Scott have been local to Mission Beach since 1983 and have been managing short term rentals since 2015. They started off with their own back unit in Mission Beach, then the neighbors, and then it quickly grew to many units all over Mission & Pacific Beach. They have retained 100% of all their clients mostly due to their work ethic, ROI they achieve for them, and being local by living and working in the area.
The Staff
Working as Mission Beach Villas, Janet & Scott employ their own team of housekeepers, inspectors, handymen, guest relations, and office workers. Together they create a seamless flow of work behind the scenes keeping the guests happy while the owners enjoy pride of ownership with higher ROI.
Latest Software
MBV researches and uses all the necessary software for the greatest results. One example is an auto repricer that knows the weekends, holidays, events, seasons, long or short stays, and how far out the booking is. It works far better than the major platforms repricers like Airbnb uses. Their software is geared towards getting it booked now no matter how low the pricing is. Even with that in mind we still have over 90% occupancy.
