BEACH ACTIVITIES
SURFING
Mission Beach has great surfing from beginner to the advanced surfer. There's nearby surf schools
for the kids and surf instructors
for 1 on 1 or small groups. There's many shops all around with all the rental gear.
STAND-UP PADDLE
You can rent a stand-up paddle board
and take a relaxing stroll in Mission Bay or take to the surf if you're more experienced. Check out the rental shops in Mission Beach for all the gear.
THE BOARDWALK
With 3.5 miles of boardwalk across the ocean front and over 8 miles on the bayside, the whole family will enjoy the all around beauty Mission Beach has to offer. There are bike rental
shops nearby too.
SUMMER ACTIVITIES
SEA WORLD
Right in the backyard of Mission Beach is Sea World. Just on the other side of the bay by less than a 3 mile drive or bike ride. This is an activity that you can do all day and is a sure thing for the kids.
BELMONT PARK
Belmont Park
in Mission Beach is great fun place for the whole family. You can either walk or bike there. It offers plenty of park style rides and games and a really awesome roller coaster ride. There are many tourist shops and restaurants there too.
FIRE PITS
There are services in Mission Beach that will cater to your beach bonfire outings. They'll supply you with chairs, tiki torches, wood, and the fire pit. All you need to do is bring beach fire fairy tales.

Kayaking is one of the most relaxing ways of enjoying the Mission Bay. Move along the water at a gentle pace, enjoying the scenery as you go. There are many kayak rental shops

SAILING
You can even rent a sail boat
in Mission Bay. Not experienced? Rent a skipper too. Enjoy a bottle of whine while touring the bay or take it out past the Mission Beach jetty and brave the elements.
