It's located in Mission Beach in San Diego, where there are ample recreation opportunities and quick access to Sea World. Walk just 40 steps and you'll encounter pristine white beaches on a relaxing sail bay or 45 steps and your at the beach with great surfing and body womping. Either side there is a nice boardwalk for bicycle riding (beach cruiser included!), walking, jogging or rollerblading. This home is a total gem because the beach is on the west side of you and the bay just on the east side. From both the front patio deck and the upstairs balcony are water views that you've been dreaming of. There is parking for 3 cars side by side that will fit a Tahoe size SUV, one additional mid sized SUV and a compact car (Honda CRV)

Located on the peninsula of Mission Beach in the middle of the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay, within walking distance to the beaches and nightlife of Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. It is a great neighborhood for active adults and for children with access to parks, beaches and boardwalks. Mission Bay is a salt-water bay located south of Pacific Beach and is the largest man-made aquatic park in the United States. Popular activities include wakeboarding, sailing, jet skiing, as well as walking, jogging and cycling along the pedestrian path.

One of the best features of staying here is the jogging path that goes around Mission Bay or along the ocean front. Everyday there are people walking, riding bikes and jogging along the picturesque paths and sidewalks.

This beach house is located dead center of Mission Beach away from the crowds. Exactly 1 mile north of the busy area of the roller coaster and 1 south of the Pacific Beach Crystal Pier. We are in the least crowded beach area in all of Mission and Pacific Beach with excellent surf directly in front.

The front deck and/or upstairs balcony is perfect for relaxing and watching sailboats cruising by, people watching on the boardwalk or surfers right there in view. On many evenings you can watch dazzling fireworks from Sea World light up the sky. The front deck and balcony face south so you have full sun year round without and of the neighboring units blocking out the sun.

We even stock you with some beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys & boogie boards for taking down to the beach.

The home comes supplied with the basics you'd expect at any hotel like a hair dryer and iron. Plus you have a kitchen and living room to enjoy. We think of everything you might need and even stock you with a few beach towels so you don't need to pack those in your suitcase. We are available 7 am to 10 pm to answer questions during your stay and we live just a few doors away.

We love children and want you to know that they are more than welcome as our guests. This means that children of any age, even infants, are counted as guests in your guest count. Please let us know in advance the ages of all children and any special needs you may have.

We can hook you up with a vendor that will set up a private bonfire on the beach for your family. Includes set up and take down, portable steel fire drum, roasting sticks, hot dogs, and s'mores. A perfect activity while waiting for the summer Sea World fireworks over the bay. Inquire for details.

Want family pictures on the beach? What better backdrop for a group shot than the stunning backdrop of the ocean or bay at sunset! We can arrange for a very affordable local portrait photographer to do a photo session of your family on the beach. Let us know in advanced if you're interested and we can connect you with the photographer.

The house is thoroughly cleaned between each stay. However if you wish for a cleaning and change of linens during your stay we can arrange for the housekeeper to come for an additional charge of the standard cleaning fee. Please give us one day's notice so we can get this scheduled.
